General Eligibility Requirements
KAPE Family Member Scholarship
Number of Scholarships Awarded- 2 $500 each
FOCUS: A graduating senior who is recommended by a KAPE family member.
Limitations: Family member scholarships may only be awarded to (2) family members per KAPE member nominee. Family member: child, niece/nephew, grandchild, sibling
These scholarships will be awarded to graduating seniors. The students will qualify if they plan to further their education in a program leading to a degree in education.

KAPE student member must be completing their student teaching assignment during the semester in which they apply for the scholarship. Must be a current KAPE student member about to enter or currently in student teaching.

Amount of Award: $500/ea.
Scholarship award may be used to offset costs of: graduate courses, registration fees to workshops, conferences/conference travel, National Board Certification (first time OR re-certification).
Must be a current KAPE professional member.
