Donna House MA. Ed., CKP, Executive Director

Donna is a retired educator who served Kentucky public schools for 23 years.  She is a state certified paralegal who studied in an ABA approved program. Donna has served in her role as Executive Director of KAPE since 2016. Each member of the Board of Directors of KAPE is an active or retired educator.

DUES ARE PRO-RATED AFTER OCTOBER 31ST.

  • KAPE is available to all certified and classified employees of a Kentucky public or private school. 
  • All professional memberships (certified and classified) include $2 million in professional liability insurance, legal services, and representation locally and in Frankfort.  Professional memberships also include access to the variety of discounted rates afforded to KAPE members.  

All Membership is subject to approval.

DUES SCHEDULES FOR THE MEMBERSHIPS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

    • Individual:

    • $200/yr - Check - Make check payable to KAPE and mail to our Lexington address.
    • $200/yr - Credit Card - If paying by credit card, please call the office at 859-880-1987 to process the transaction.
    • $205/yr - Automatic Bank Withdrawal -12 monthly installments.  Requires application, bank authorization form, and voided check. ($5 Processing Fee is charged by your bank for withdrawals.)  Please call the office at 859-880-1987 to complete this transaction.

    PLEASE NOTE

    Membership fees are prorated from November 1 to May 1 of every academic year.  Before submitting payment tender online, call our office at 859-880-1987 to discuss your options for payment of membership.


    Married:         

    • $350/yr - Check - Make check payable to KAPE and mail to our Lexington address.

    NOTE:  Married members receive a discounted rate  ($175.00/yr each).  However, each member must enroll individually.
