Ellie Falwell
Ellie Falwell is a senior at Calloway County High School. After graduation, she plans to attend the University of Kentucky to major in Human Health Sciences on the pre-pharmacy track. In high school, Ellie has been involved in their FFA and FBLA chapters. She has served for two years as her chapter’s secretary in the FFA. She has also participated for twelve years in the Bluegrass Academy of Dance on their competitive team. She attends Glendale Road Church of Christ where she is a part of the youth group. Ellie works part time as a waitress and teaches dance at her studio. Being an entrepreneur, Ellis is co-owner of a produce stand, Papa’s Produce Barn. Congratulations, Ellie!
Cole Horn
Cole Horn, son of Garet and Jan Horn, is a senior at George Rogers Clark High School in Winchester, KY. Cole is attending the University of Kentucky in the fall where he is majoring in Agricultural Economics with an agribusiness certification. Congratulations, Cole!

Julianna Gaynor
Julianna Gaynor is a senior at Owensboro High school. She is very passionate about music and will be pursuing music education as her major. She began studying music at the age of 8. She is currently the music minister at her church where she plays the piano and organ, in addition to singing in and leading the choir. She is also a member of the OCTC Capital Bluegrass band where she plays the guitar and sings. Her goal is to provide opportunities for people of different backgrounds and cultures to have access to music and music education. Congratulations, Julianna!

Hannah Tapscott
Hannah will be graduating from South Laurel High School and will be attending Spalding University for Nursing where she will also be running Cross Country and distance track. In high school, Hannah has completed 3 allied health certificates; the first in schools history to do so. Congratulations, Hannah!

Lilly Lewis
Lilly Lewis is a Valedictorian at McCracken County High School in Paducah, KY. She will be attending West Kentucky Community and Technical College in the fall of 2025. Her goal is to obtain her Nursing degree before transferring to a nearby university. Other future aspirations include becoming a Nurse Practitioner after earning her Bachelor's degree. She also enjoys shopping, traveling, and relaxing at home. Lilly is an active member of HOSA, the Baptist Health Career and Discovery club, and the CHARGE Nursing program through Murray State University. She is employed by Dr. Barbara Bowers at Innovative Ophthalmology as an Ophthalmic Technician. In addition to her future in health care she will also be graduating high school with her CNA, CPR/BLS, Medical Assisting, and Phlebotomy certifications. She is the daughter of Dennis and Adena Lewis of West Paducah. Congratulations, Lilly!

Milo White
Milo White, son of Miles and Christina White, is an early graduate (December 2024) from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in Lexington, Kentucky. He attended Merit Day at the University of Kentucky in March 2025 and plans to major in Natural Resources and Environmental Science in the fall. In high school, Milo was a member of the yearbook staff, the National Honor Society, and was awarded a certificate of skill attainment in the area of Computer Programming. Currently, he works part-time as a restaurant host and enjoys playing guitar, listening to music, golfing, and spending time with friends/family and his two dogs. Congratulations, Milo!
Professional Development Scholarship
Kendall Sowards
Kendall Sowards won a 2025 Professional Development Scholarship from KAPE. He is currently a special education teacher at Grant County High School. He is working towards his Masters of Teaching in Special Education at Northern Kentucky University. He is married and has 3 children. In addition to his teaching duties, Mr. Sowards is also a varsity football coach. He enjoys going to Bengals games and other sporting events with his wife. Congratulations, Kendall!

Jordan Hampton
Jordan Hampton is a high school mathematics teacher at Pikeville High School in Pikeville, Kentucky. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Kentucky and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Mathematics at Western Kentucky University. In both his teaching and graduate work, Jordan is passionate about helping students develop deep mathematical understanding and confidence. He is committed to designing clear, accessible resources that strengthen student understanding and promote long-term success in mathematics. Congratulations, Jordan!

Matthew Rogers
Matthew Rogers is a 2025 graduate of Pike County Central High School. While at Pike Central, Matthew was involved in the school’s band program, where he was selected for multiple honor bands and ensembles, such as marching and concert bands. He was flute section leader in concert band and mellophone section leader for marching band. Matthew was a member of the PCCHS Student Council, where he was a student voice for school improvement. He was also involved in Beta, 3-D Printing, and Pickleball Clubs. Matthew volunteers at 4-H as a teen council member and camp counselor for summer camp. He is a part time barista and cashier at a local cafe. He is deeply passionate about filmmaking and has dedicated himself to several large projects, such as the senior class video and a short film created by Matthew and his friends. Matthew will attend the University of Pikeville to major in Informational Technology, minor in film and media arts, and participate in their concert and marching bands. Overall, Matthew is looking forward to moving on with the next chapter of his life and hopes that the future holds many opportunities for to express his creativity and vision.
